The course will take place on the terrace of a private apartment. The terrace is located on the 9th floor of a building on the hills surrounding Naples and enjoys a wonderful view over the entire Gulf of Naples. I will help you and guide you in creating your fresh pasta by demonstrating and giving advice. Most of the process for preparing fresh pasta is manual, but it is possible that some of the phases are carried out with the help of small domestic machinery. After the lesson, you will have the pleasure of sitting at the table and enjoying an excellent dinner accompanied by a splendid and genuine glass of wine.
