During this experience, you will learn to prepare a Mediterranean influenced or traditional Irish meal from recipes Mary has adapted over the years. You will be cooking 2-3 dishes, learning all about the tips and techniques involved in Irish cooking before you sit down to share the meal you helped prepare. Your meal may include dishes such as local smoked salmon for an appetizer, fresh soup or salad and slow roasted pork belly with seasonal vegetables as a main, and traditional Bailey’s Irish cream cheesecake for dessert.
