Daniel is a professional chef who started his career at the restaurant of Francis Mallmann, South America’s most beloved chef and a meat and fire artist. Isa is a professional sommelier passionate about wine. Once you arrive at Isa and Daniel’s home, be prepared for a hands-on cooking lesson and a delicious meal over paired wine. Your cooking class will last about an hour during which you will learn how to make appetizers, starters and either barbecue or stove cook dishes. You will learn to set the barbecue’s fire, spice the meat and slow cook it to reach Mallmann’s standards or learn to cook traditional homemade Latin American dishes such as ossobuco croquettes or mini provoletas with pesto.
