This tour starts from your hotel lobby. We on a luxury VAN pick you up to head to Toyosu Fish Market where our guide shows the fish procurement in the wholesale area, where only professionals visit to buy fishes and not open to public visitors.We get the best ingredients for later sushi class there. After the Toyosu new market, our guide will lead you to the original site of the fish market: Tsukiji where old-good food stalls and lively shops are operating in atmosphere of lively food market to walk around to sense the difference of two different market. Then we on a luxury van head to our private Sushi Mafia Lab in the vicinity of Nakameguro. There with the private sushi master, you learn how to prepare fish, and fillet them into sushi pieces with advanced skills and the art of work.Afterwards, make sushi together getting taught by the master, and savor it as brunch. The duration is 4 hours: 7 - 11 am, and finishes at the Sushi Mafia Lab unless arranged to be hotel drop off.
