We will visit several spots around VKOC lagoon and discuss the history and ecologic significance of it. Depending on the conditions after the paddle around the lagoon, we will snorkel by a large rock piling (we have spotted sea turtles and lion fish here) or head to the beach and snorkel along the grass beds and jetty. (eels, sea urchins, turtles, rays, and other fish viewed here) If time allows for both, we will snorkel both locations.During this tour, we will be following the Leave No Trace Behind principles through the tour. We will have the opportunity to see different kinds of wildlife and speak about their impact to our waters.
