Geeta and her mother, Kamla, will welcome you into their home and will teach you to prepare an authentic Punjabi meal in their kitchen. You will learn to cook traditional Punjabi dishes such as makhni dal (lentils), traditional Punjabi butter chicken, baingan bhartha (fire-roasted eggplant with onions and tomatoes), stuffed capsicum (Geeta’s signature dish of bell peppers stuffed with vegetables), mutter paneer (peas and Indian cheese), salad, raita, roti (bread) and rice.
