Back home, join your host in the kitchen of his Florence apartment to learn to cook a regional Florentine meal from recipes that he has perfected over the years in a casual atmosphere! Your cooking lesson will last about two hours, and you will prepare three different dishes from scratch before you sit down at the table to share the meal you helped prepare.
