As humans, we are drawn to experience the sun setting over the horizon and we have found one of the most unique spots to do that inside Arches - high on top of a cliff, secluded and awe-inspiring.Most visitors to Arches go only as far as the Landscape Arch, but beyond and high above the Landscape Arch lies an enchanted area, one of the most magical places in the park. Your visit to the upper reaches of the Devil’s Garden requires a steep climb up a picturesque sandstone fin, but your effort will be rewarded by an otherworldly landscape and solitude inside one of the most crowded national parks! Explore the rest of Arches on your own, but leave your visit to the Devil’s Garden to us and experience the sunset in a way that few people ever do! *This tour involves climbing up a steep, exposed, narrow sandstone fin which is safe, but could be an issue for some with a fear of heights or range of motion issues. Part of the hike takes place after sunset with limited natural light.
