During this hands on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes we always seen in our families. Antipasti with a varietal of bruschette and cheese, meat ragù, handmade pasta (tagliatelle, gnocchi and more) and tiramisù are the dishes we’ll prepare and eat together. Our cooking classes start at 10 am from Tuesday to Friday and last four/five hours.
