More than a hike!Inspired by the words of the revered Zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, you will be guided to approach this scenic hike as a mindfulness meditation, inspiring a deep inner awareness and communion with nature.After a 1-1.5 hour moderate hike through the lush healing vibes of the rainforest, we will continue our meditation surrounded by the tranquil sounds of a small waterfall. Bring your swimsuit if you’d like to take a plunge in it’s refreshing pool!On our way home from the hike, you have the option to stop in Charlestown for a soothing dip in the Volcanic Hot Springs, while being guided through some therapeutic stretches and self-massage techniques.Transportation, water, local bush tea, and healthy snacks provided.
